Based in British Columbia, Canada, Kinetics Drive Solutions is a leading design house providing innovative heavy duty drive and control solutions for mobile system applications.The company made a name for itself designing transmissions and drive trains for heavy duty equipment specific to the forestry industry. The high tractive forces and torque required on steep slopes in muddy conditions necessitate highly refined designs to allow forestry equipment to work effectively and efficiently. This lead to the exploration of advanced transmission designs for other markets.
